Craig Wilson, Executive Director
Craig Wilson has over ten years of experience working to implement progressive environmental and energy policies. Prior to joining SHARE, Craig worked in the Energy Department of the New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC), which is responsible for executing the City’s energy policy. At NYCEDC, he was responsible for managing the implementation of the 28 recommendations made by Mayor Bloomberg’s Energy Policy Task Force, participating in the development of the energy and air quality portions of PlaNYC – the Mayor’s long-tern sustainability plan - and representing the City’s interests in the ongoing NYS Energy Efficiency Portfolio Proceeding. Prior to NYCEDC, Craig worked for the New York League of Conservation Voters (NYLCV) as the Director of New York City Policy and Advocacy where he was responsible for leading the organization's efforts to pass NYC’s Solid Waste Management Plan, legislation to ensure that NYC purchase the cleanest vehicles possible and passage of Local Law 86, a green building law. Before working for the NYLCV, Craig was the Associate Director of Environmental Health for the American Lung Association (ALA) of New York State. Craig earned his undergraduate degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a Master of Urban Planning from New York University.

 

Gregory Joseph, Deputy Director
Gregory Joseph has worked in both political and issue-advocacy campaigns across the United States. Most recently, Gregory led the National Coalition to Abolish the Death Penalty, a multi-faceted campaign that incorporated legislative, media and grassroots efforts. An experienced research, communications and policy expert, Joseph worked on successful United States Senate and House of Representative campaigns, including the Bob Menendez for Senate campaign in New Jersey. In addition, Joseph has led research teams and directed policy efforts on a number of state and national political campaigns and ballot issues, including former U.S. Senator Bill Bradley for President, former Mayors Harvey Gantt and Ron Kirk, former Prime Minister of Trinidad and Tobago Basdeo Panday, and ballot initiatives in Florida and Oregon. He has also consulted for the Global Aids Alliance, UNICEF and Planned Parenthood. He is a 1994 graduate of Indiana State University where he received a degree in political science.
